Vladimir Vystotsky Tribute

Summer evenings in the mountains are always wonderful. But on 27 June the atmosphere of Rosa Khutor will be especially warm. Boomerang Casino invites you to a different kind of tribute show, dedicated to the work of Vladimir Vysotsky.

The name Vladimir Vysotsky is legendary and does not need a long introduction. His songs have always been inextricably linked to the theme of mountains, soaring altitudes, freedom, and challenge. Anyone who has gazed at the majestic ridges of Rosa Khutor has likely caught themselves thinking: “What is better than mountains if not mountains themselves…” And what better place than here, at the foot of the Caucasian peaks, for these words to ring out? The great poet, actor, and composer knew how to express in his words what many were afraid to even think about. His songs about genuine friendship, sincere love, and the search for truth still hit today, because they speak to the listener without a hint of falsehood.

The Vladimir Vysotsky tribute show at Boomerang Casino will give you the chance to slow things down a little and immerse yourself in a cosy atmosphere that will hit you right in the feels. His greatest works, which we all know from childhood, will be performed on stage, including “Rock Climber,” “Horses,” “It’s Not Evening Yet,” “Giraffe” and many other songs, to the accompaniment of wind instruments.
