On a Friday night, Boomerang Casino will reshape musical reality. On 8 May, sympho-band TEODOR is taking the stage. These are four virtuosos who transform popular hits into symphonic masterpieces.

Their style is called the classical crossover. This term evokes the living breath of classical music filtered through the nerve of the modern rock, pop, and rap. Combined with digital technologies, the chamber orchestra consisting of a violin, a cello, a piano, and percussion sounds like a full-fledged symphony orchestra. The audiences will hear a musical symbiosis of pieces that seem absolutely incompatible. Yet this, indeed, only seems so. The concert will feature familiar tracks uniquely arranged by the band. Linkin Park, Queen, Sting, Michael Jackson, Basta, and 50 Cent will meet Vivaldi, Paganini, and Mozart. TEODOR reassembles every piece by hand, and harsh riffs are transformed into flowing string music, rap is underlain by low cello notes, and energetic tracks are filled with orchestral dramatism.
