Boney M: Tribute Show

You can pretend all you want that you only listen to complex jazz or conceptual techno-rock—but that charade ends the moment Boney M. comes on. No defense holds up against the rhythms of "Sunny" or "Daddy Cool"; your feet will carry you straight to the dance floor the moment the chorus hits. On October 31, Boomerang Casino will host a massive disco night. The band Blackie M. will perform the greatest dance hits of the 80s as part of the "Stars" show series.

The musicians are bringing a powerhouse live sound and—arguably—the most dazzling costumes from the vinyl era. Blackie M. isn't just an ordinary cover band; it is a dynamic international ensemble featuring five vocalists. The audience will see finalists from the Moscow Boney M. Tribute 2024 festival and participants from Avtoradio’s "Disco-80" marathon. Live vocal harmonies, a driving beat, a light show, and constant audience interaction recreate the authentic atmosphere of 80s and 90s discos.

The tribute show features a non-stop set of golden pop hits. Live performances will include "Sunny," "Daddy Cool," and "Rasputin," alongside major hits from Modern Talking, Bad Boys Blue, Ottawan, Joy, and Ricchi e Poveri. In short, it’s a showcase of disco-dance classics for everyone at Boomerang Casino on October 31. Dust off your sparkliest outfits and bell-bottoms, brush up on your best dance moves, and join us—we kick off at 9:00 PM!
